Common Questions

 The silent auction will run from July 16th at noon to July 20, 2024, at 1 pm.

• Items will be available for viewing at the tournament on Saturday, July 20th from 9-1.
• Winners of silent auction items may take their items the day of the event, if present.
• Winners who are not onsite to pick up items, will be notified no later than Monday, July 22, 2024.
• Arrangements will be made for pick-up/drop-off on Monday and Tuesday, July 22 & 23, 2024. 
• Items will be picked up from the SLE Foundation office on the St. Luke's Elmore campus in the Business Center (480 E 8th N). Arrangements may be made for drop off of items.
• Employees: Within reason, items may be inner-office mailed if you are a St. Luke's employee. Items will not be shipped by other means.
• All proceeds support Heart Ultrasound at St. Luke’s Elmore and the Endowment Fund.
